Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately package cannabis products according to company standards and regulations.
• Assist as needed in preroll production.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in inventory management and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the trimming and processing areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements set forth by the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Proven work experience with an understanding of production practices.
• Ability to work efficiently and think critically in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in trimming quality.
• Willingness to perform various tasks beyond trimming, including packaging, harvesting, and cleaning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Maine Office of Cannabis policies.

Pay:

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
