As a Weekend Cannabis Cultivation Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the cultivation team in various aspects of cannabis production.

Your responsibilities will involve assisting with the care and maintenance of cannabis plants to ensure optimal growth and quality throughout their entire life cycle.

• Assist in the daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, feeding, and pruning.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues, such as pests or diseases, to the Cultivation Manager.
• Follow established cultivation protocols to maintain the highest quality standards.

• Help maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, including plant counts, growth stages, and environmental data.
• Record inventory levels and assist in tracking the movement of cannabis products.

• Help maintain a clean and organized cultivation area.
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of cultivation equipment and tools.
• Adhere to sanitation protocols.

• Follow all state and local regulations related to cannabis cultivation.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and ensure compliance at all times.

• Work closely with other team members and senior cultivation technicians to achieve cultivation goals.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain an Identification Card from the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy
• Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to learn about cultivation.
• Weekend availability.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
