ABOUT THIS RESORT RECREATION MANAGER JOB

As our Resort Recreation Manager, you'll work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends.

You'll start by dreaming up and executing a dynamic recreational program that's as diverse as our guests' interests - from pool aerobics, crafts, and cultural activities to serene beach yoga sessions. Crafting and coordinating activities and events will be your forte, ensuring there's never a dull moment. And as the expert, you'll keep our guests' recreational calendar full collaborating with our other departments, you'll create seamless, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave guests raving.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

Bachelor's degree in an interesting field that enhances our fun, unique culture
3+ years of related experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
Exceptional leadership skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for all things fun and adventurous
Budget management skills
Ability to work varying schedules including weekends

Lifeguard certification is a plus.
