    Headquarters is located in Sandy, Ut however, this position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.

    Description:

    Telarus's rapid growth and dynamic business model requires a highly organized, communicative, and enthusiastic member Company's Corporate Development Team. The Corporate Development team oversees the Company's inorganic growth strategy which primarily focuses on financing the Company's customers as well as acquiring similar Technology Service Distribution Companies as Telarus. The Corporate Development Team works hand in hand with many departments within the organization as well as several external parties including many of the Company's top customers. Core functions of the role will encompass but not be limited to:

    • Deal Process Management – Overseeing Deal Checklist (supporting diligence, using judgment to assess unique deal situations, organizing third parties, and supporting legal team on deal terms)
    • Post Close Integration – working with internal support teams to facilitate efficient onboarding
    • Deal Tracking (all stages of the deal life cycle)
    • Special projects and problem solving
    • Quantitative analysis but primary focus will be on process

    This Corporate Development Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Corporate Development and work closely with the other members of the corporate development team. Additionally, the Corporate Development Manager must have excellent interpersonal skills as they will have significant daily communications within the internal Corporate Development team, the broader Telarus team, and external parties.

    Requirements:

    • A candidate's core strengths should be organization and ability to over communicate to multiple audiences.
    • Four (4)+ years experience in corporate development, consulting, project management (finance or legal focus), assurance, underwriting, banking, or finance.
    • Bachelor's degree business related majors preferred but not required.
    • Industry background – experience in either Telecom, Tech, Finance, or Insurance preferable, but not necessary.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite including; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SalesForce a plus.
    • Team player and strong interpersonal skills required.
