H2D Logistics is a rapidly growing company providing FF&E logistics & installation services. We are proud to work with some of the top names in the multi-family and student housing verticals. We specialize in partnering with designers and large design firms to provide a range of services including receiving, inspecting, warehousing, delivering, and installing furniture, artwork, drapery, accessories, and more. With a strong emphasis on large, multi-day installations, we are dedicated to delivering best-in-class service and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Since beginning operations in 2022, we have installed over 200 projects across 10 states out of our Alpharetta, Ga warehouse and recently have expanded our capabilities with the opening of our Gilbert, AZ warehouse.

Our commitment to providing exceptional service sets us apart, and while we leverage assets like our custom inventory software with intuitive customer portal to do so, our team is what really distinguishes us in the market.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, communicating with design firms and suppliers, ensuring quality control during installations, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse and installation staff, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Knowledge of furniture installation and familiarity with design industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
