Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager or Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email and LinkedIn marketing, be adept at making first-level calls, and possess the skills to generate solid leads.
Experience in the recruiting industry is not required; we are open to training the right candidate on how the industry works.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to identify and reach potential clients.
Make initial contact calls to prospective clients to introduce CodeForce 360's services.
Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and sales strategies.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and lead information.
Work closely with the sales teams to transition leads into active clients.
Meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
Participate in regular training sessions to learn about the recruiting industry and improve sales techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email and LinkedIn marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make effective first-level calls and engage potential clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industries.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
No specific industry experience required; willingness to learn about the recruiting industry.
