About the Job:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Manager or Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CodeForce 360 in Alpharetta, Georgia. If you are motivated and enthusiastic, this might be the right fit for you. No prior experience in the recruiting industry is necessary - we are happy to provide training to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to discover potential clients.
Initiate contact calls with potential clients to introduce our services.
Generate and assess leads using various marketing strategies.
Update the CRM system with client interactions and lead details.
Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into clients.
Achieve or surpass lead generation and sales goals.
Engage in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in email and LinkedIn marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective in making first-level calls and engaging potential clients.
Self-motivated with a focus on results.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new industries.
Experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
No specific industry background needed; openness to understanding the recruiting industry.
