    Pinnacle Contracting: Construction Estimator Job Opportunity

    Responsibilities:

    • Review, analyze, and submit bids/proposals for various work scopes.
    • Attend pre-bid and project meetings.
    • Analyze costs, materials, labor, and project scheduling.
    • Collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
    • Manage projects including scheduling, cost control, and manpower.
    • Maintain necessary project documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years of Estimating or Construction Management experience.
    • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
    • Knowledge of AutoDesk Construction Cloud products.
    • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and documents.
