Description

As an internationally operating IT specialist, we are looking for you as a Senior Project Manager for large-scale Transition & Transformation projects (m/f/d) in our modern, hybrid work culture. You can choose to work at one of our nationwide locations: Gütersloh, Cologne, Dortmund, Munich, Leipzig, Rostock or Hamburg, with the flexibility to work remotely, for example from home.

What tasks await you

  • You will be responsible for large IT transformation projects from a technical, organizational and business perspective, from project planning and defining project goals to project completion and implementation
  • You will lead, coordinate and motivate your project team of up to 50 people
  • You will manage your sub-project managers and involved third-party service providers
  • You will represent your projects holistically to our clients and internally at executive and board level, and communicate with various stakeholders
  • You will accompany your clients "end to end" from the bidding phase to regular operations

Who we are looking for

  • You have many years of experience as a project manager in IT outsourcing and have previously managed highly complex projects with overall responsibility
  • You remain in control even in difficult situations and approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset
