_ Do you have a few hours per week to help someone in your area on weekday afternoons and evenings enjoying recreation, entertainment & exercise?_

_ We have a young adult needing - 3 hours over 2-3 days per week to enjoy gym, bowling, movie or community events in and around Pittsfield area._

Position:
Individual Support Specialist ( ISS ) 2 Payrate: $19.00 per hour

Summary of Position:
Assist individuals with disabilities/autism in expanding their skills, experiences, and opportunities relate to community living.

Through the development of a personal relationship with the individual and an understanding of their special interest, strengths and learning needs, the Individual Support Specialist Serves as a resource that complements the efforts of the care giver and program coordinators by being a reliable, compassionate and caring helper for excursions out in the community.

Be reliable and dependable in maintaining the agreed upon schedule is an import aspect of the role

Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license, reliable vehicle required, two professional references, _2 or more years related experience_, acceptable CORI and NBC Fingerprint.
