Summary of Position:

Pathlight is an organization that has been dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities in Western Massachusetts communities since 1952. Our Agency with Choice program services adults with disabilities through support that reflects the goals of independence, self-advocacy, agency, and self-expression. For this position we are looking for an experienced professional to assist a young adult with autism in expressing their own independence and fulfilling their goals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitating community integration
• cultivating socialization
• developing organizational skills
• budgeting assistance
• vocational skills coaching

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous knowledge and experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Over 1 year up to and including 3 years working with children/adults with autism

Required Qualifications:

• Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle.

Pay: $18.00 per Hour
