On behalf of our client, we are looking for you as an airfreight professional


Responsibilities:


  • As an expert in global handling, you will independently coordinate and manage airfreight import and export orders from all over the world
  • Responsible for precarriage planning and export clearance, you ensure timely deliveries and smooth processes
  • You create the necessary transport documents for all orders
  • You have an eye for detail and a head for numbers: calculation and invoicing of orders as well as profit and loss statements for freight files
  • As a communication expert, you are in constant correspondence with partners and foreign offices, accept orders in direct contact, and coordinate with customers

Profile:


  • You are a customer whisperer and have a strong service mindset Your goal is to satisfy both customers and partners
  • You have experience in freight forwarding and logistics services, particularly in operational import/export handling, and know how to transport goods safely and quickly by air
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and proficient in MS Office products
  • You are a quick thinker and a fast learner You are willing to take on new challenges and constantly develop yourself
