As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Payroll Supervisor to join their dynamic team.Job Summary:
As a Payroll Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 2,000 multi-state employees.
You'll lead a team of payroll specialists, provide mentorship, resolve escalated payroll issues, and contribute to process improvements and system implementations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for over 2,000 multi-state employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Mentor, train, and lead a team of payroll specialists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Resolve escalated payroll issues in a timely manner, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Assist in filing multi-state federal payroll tax filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Prepare payroll tax reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all payroll tax-related activities.
Oversee the termination and onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system implementations or conversions.
Stay updated on relevant payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven experience with in-house payroll processing, including a strong understanding of multi-state payroll requirements.
Proficiency in payroll tax regulations and filings, with experience in preparing payroll tax reconciliations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay Details:
$90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
