    TSG is representing a growing medical device company seeking to hire a Payroll Supervisor.

    Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll handle bi-weekly payroll processing for 200+ exempt employees, manage employee records, and assist with workers comp and 401k audits.

    Someone who can be responsible for managing payroll for the whole organization and become the go-to for their HRIS system will fit right in.

    Responsibilities:
    Efficiently process payroll with accuracy and timeliness using NetSuite ERP.

    Manage timecards and ensure proper completion and approval.

    Complete year-end reporting such as W-2 and W-2c accurately and on time.

    Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate data in the Paycor HRIS system and handle employee record setup and changes.

    Interpret pay policies and ensure correct calculations and deductions.

    Stay updated with federal and state payroll requirements and laws.

    Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings and set up new accounts with agencies.

    Maintain employee demographic data in stock option systems.

    Coordinate internal audits and insurance renewals.

    Ensure timely funding and reconciliation of benefits and 401k.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree with 3 + years of payroll experience or 5 + years of professional payroll experience.

    Strong understanding of Excel and able to utilize Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.

    Full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience, preferably with Paycor HRIS.

    Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits.

    Understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.

    Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

    Proactive in staying updated with pay practices and regulations.

    CPP designation preferred.
