YOUR TASKS

  • Supporting project development in the preparation and negotiation of contracts
  • Leading commercial and/or contractual meetings with end customers and suppliers
  • Managing national and international projects throughout the entire project duration, from project assignment to successful handover to operations
  • Ensuring compliance and implementation of quality requirements, deadlines, and costs in the project
  • Responsible for all commercial, contractual, tax, and administrative tasks in the project organization, as well as coordinating insurance matters and creating documentation
  • Representing the project to the internal client and end customer as the direct contact person
  • Ensuring effective interface management between internal and external project stakeholders
  • Active project risk management, change and claim management
  • Leading the project team from various departments and conducting regular internal and external project status meetings
  • Documenting and monitoring project progress, escalating critical issues, and preparing decision templates
  • Creating internal and external project reports for clients and management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant occupational safety regulations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a similar field, or further training as a state-certified technician
  • 10 or more years of professional experience as a project manager/project
