Your tasks

  • Independent processing of incoming mail as well as digitization and processing of internal and external documents
  • Regular communication with suppliers to clarify various issues (e.g. reminders, invoicing, balance reconciliation)
  • Participation in the creation of reports by compiling the necessary data
  • Proactive involvement in process improvements in accounting by contributing your ideas and expertise
  • Active support of colleagues in the accounting department
  • Gaining valuable insights into the daily business of the department and participating in operational processes
Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in economics or a comparable field of study
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Independent and analytical working style as well as a high level of commitment and reliability
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Access is desirable (not a mandatory requirement)
