The Head of OEM partnerships is responsible for development and implementation of our OEM strategy and collaborating externally and internally to drive our growth goals.
The ideal candidate is someone experienced in working closely with Apple, Dell, Microsoft and Lenovo, as well as other OEMs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and execute the strategy to improve and grow PSB's OEM partnerships with a strategic focus on Apple and Dell
Develop programs, manage activities that drive incremental attach rates of cases and accessories with our OEM partners
Day-to-day activities include
OEM relationship management which includes but not limited to day-to-day communication with key OEM stakeholders to seek growth opportunities and program alignment
Collaborate and distribute opportunities to the PSB sales team
Execute value proposition training with key OEM stakeholders
Consistent networking to identify and align with OEM teams that support our OEM strategy
Creating & leading quarterly business reviews
Pre-Sales – qualify strategic opportunities and collaborate internally with PSB teams
Collaboration with PSB Product and Sales Management on roadmap and go-to-market strategy as it relates to key channel partners.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Collaborative, results-oriented self-starter with a proven successful track developing OEM and Channel partnerships
Effective in networking, business development
Ability to critically think on your feet and present well, both on the phone and in person
Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills
Proactive follow-through against agreed upon initiatives
Effective team player with ability to build and maintain relationships
High sense of urgency, with an ability to work under stress in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent planning, investigative, analytical and reporting skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
10+ years sales experience with Apple, Channel Sales & OEM management
Experience in consultative selling
OEM experience
Experience working with channel partners and two-tier distribution
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a home-based environment
