Chief Product OfficerLocation : Seattle, WashingtonThe Head of OEM partnerships is responsible for development and implementation of our OEM strategy and collaborating externally and internally to drive our growth goals.
This new role is strategic yet has the need for someone who can execute with consistency.The ideal candidate is someone experienced in working closely with Apple, Dell, Microsoft and Lenovo, as well as other OEMs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and execute the strategy to improve and grow PSBs OEM partnerships with a strategic focus on Apple and DellDevelop programs, manage activities that drive incremental attach rates of cases and accessories with our OEM partnersDay-to-day activities include OEM relationship management which includes but not limited to day-to-day communication with key OEM stakeholders to seek growth opportunities and program alignmentCollaborate and distribute opportunities to the PSB sales teamExecute value proposition training with key OEM stakeholdersConsistent networking to identify and align with OEM teams that support our OEM strategyCreating & leading quarterly business reviewsPre-Sales qualify strategic opportunities and collaborate internally with PSB teamsCollaboration with PSB Product and Sales Management on roadmap and go-to-market strategy as it relates to key channel partners
Required Skills and Competencies:
Collaborative, results-oriented self-starter with a proven successful track developing OEM and Channel partnershipsEffective in networking, business developmentAbility to critically think on your feet and present well, both on the phone and in personDetail oriented, with exceptional organizational skillsProactive follow-through against agreed upon initiativesEffective team player with ability to build and maintain relationshipsHigh sense of urgency, with an ability to work under stress in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent planning, investigative, analytical and reporting skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience10+ years sales experience with Apple, Channel Sales & OEM managementExperience in consultative sellingOEM experienceExperience working with channel partners and two-tier distributionProficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPointAbility to work effectively in a home-based environmentA .
