    Description


    As a Branch Manager you will have the opportunity to lead all branch operations including safety, quality, continuous improvement, customer service, fulfillment and logistics planning, administration, and compliance.

    Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by achieving profit goals and strategic plan metrics. The team you will be working with is experienced and collaborative, and values a safety driven culture.

    So, what will you be doing as a
    Branch Manager:

    • Participate in Sales and Operational Planning meetings.
    • Manage and direct all aspects of the branch.
    • Assure branch follows and complies with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
    • Assure BOM, Routings and Costing are handled correctly
    • Assist Managers in directing their departments.
    • Have a clear understanding of all processes involved with the position.
    • Conform to all Quality and Safety requirements and procedures.

    To be successful in this role, youll need:
    Strong math, English (verbal and written) and computer skills.

    Strong skills with regards to business understanding.

    Previous experience in Manufacturing and Business Management.

    Good communication skills.

    Intricate understanding of products and customers.

    Strong customer relationships.

    Strong product knowledge.

    Good computer skills.

    Understanding of Distribution procedures.

    Commitment to LP 9000 and Continuous Improvement
