Description
We are American Metals Supply A thriving
employee-owned company , a leading wholesale distributor of sheet and coil steel, prefabricated duct & fittings, and a complete line of HVACR products.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee all sales and operations for the branch. You will work to ensure our employees deliver excellence in both sales and service.
You will inspire the branch to work together as a team and continue to find ways to advance business goals.
You will be successful in this role if you build your depth of knowledge about our focus and approach, build relationships within the company and the people you manage, identify opportunities for enhancements in operations, cultivate long term relationships with our customers and help drive sales.

Responsibilities:
Exchanging market information with Territory Managers to identify opportunities, advance company objectives, and understand pricing trends
Traveling with Territory Managers to deepen existing customer relationships
Reviewing branch billings to ensure accuracy and promptness
Using data to make decisions on the best deployment of assets
Ensuring all departments are working together to help American Metals deliver on our brand promise: Right Product, Right Place, Right Price
Collaborating with other Branch Managers, Regional Managers, Accounts Receivable Managers and additional corporate personnel to ensure success locally and within the company overall
Working with vendors to identify opportunities and resolve issues
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, years of service will be considered in lieu of degree
A strong communicator - written and verbal
An Excellent leader with proven success in building teams and fostering collaboration
A sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail
High integrity and professionalism
A leader, coach, and mentor
