As an IT specialist in application development, our customers are your focus. You develop and program software according to customer requirements in the medical industry.

Your responsibilities range from requirement analysis to developing solution concepts and implementing applications for our customers. You also test existing applications, make adjustments, and develop user-friendly interfaces.

Knowledge in computer science will help you in your job, especially when applying programming methods. A good understanding of mathematics is also beneficial for understanding complex concepts.

Additionally, good grades in English are helpful, as many documentation on methods and programming tools are only available in English.

The most important thing is that you have a strong interest and the necessary skills for the training as an IT specialist in application development.

Analytical skills are particularly important in this profession. You should also possess a careful work ethic and be able to organize yourself.

In our company, you will be assigned your own tasks as early as possible. You will first acquire basic knowledge in SQL.

SQL is a database language used for defining data structures in relational databases, as well as for manipulating and querying data.

In the next phase of your training, you will handle customer inquiries in support before working on projects as a trainee application developer.
