What to expect
As an administrator (m/f/d) for warranty services, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring warranty claims, bookings and payments, as well as correspondence related to reported warranty claims. You will handle inquiries for product exchanges, including approval and preparation of delivery of new products. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Establishment and optimization of SAP warranty checks - you are responsible for the extended examination of warranty invoices for fraud prevention
- Processing and monitoring of warranty and quality data, including cost accounting, is also part of your duties
- You maintain and set up the SAP model master / customer master
- Another part of your responsibilities is cost control and developing proposals to save service costs
- In case of horizon problems, you act as first-line support
- Your tasks also include daily credit limit management and developing strategies to avoid spare parts shortages
- Last but not least, you manage our inventory and ensure compliance with scrapping protocols
What you bring
- Successfully completed vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, IT, engineering and at least 3 years of experience in customer service for warranty services
- Technical knowledge and analytical skills are required
- Extensive experience with the SAP warranty application process
