As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Manufacturing to lead our manufacturing operations.


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Lead and manage the manufacturing team to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and improve product quality.
  • Manage manufacturing budget, resources, and capacity planning to meet business demands.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to optimize workflow and eliminate waste.
Lead and actively manage the production staff, including daily output and performance.

  • Manage all aspects of production staff including Employee Relations, scheduling. PTO requests, career development and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated Experience in manufacturing leadership of LV switchboards and control wiring production.
  • Demonstrated Experience in switchboard and control Rack configuration and wiring.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience working in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
