    Description


    Meta Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a background in manufacturing and expertise in mergers and acquisitions to lead our finance team.

    The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization, driving growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and execution.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability goals, including mergers and acquisitions.

    Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and company principals.

    Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance.

    Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.

    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

    Evaluate and manage financial risks, including currency exchange and interest rate fluctuations.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.

    Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with significant experience in manufacturing and mergers and acquisitions.

    Proven track record of driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth.

    Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

    Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
