Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of espionage and secret services? That's exactly what you'll be doing at your new job at the German Spy Museum in Parma Heights, OH

The German Spy Museum is one of the most visited museums in Berlin, with over 400,000 visitors each year. Our interactive permanent exhibition captivates families, school groups, and tourists from all over the world.

Current mission:

Our team of spies is looking for a new colleague to join us part-time (approximately 18 hours per week) at our museum ticket counter and integrated self-service café.


Your profile:

  • You enjoy working with people from all over the world. Your friendly and professional service will make the museum visit a fantastic experience for our guests.
  • Your strengths include communication, resilience, and a passion for sales.
  • You are flexible with your schedule and willing to work on holidays and weekends.
  • You have excellent German and English skills.
  • You may also have experience working at a cash register, in sales, or in customer service.

Your main responsibilities (depending on your shift):

Ticket counter:

You welcome our visitors at the entrance and handle ticket sales. You are also the first point of contact for any questions about the world of spies.

Shop and café:


You greet our guests with a smile after their tour of the German Spy Museum and offer them a cozy end to their visit at our museum shop with integrated café.
