As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver outstanding hotel renovation projects as well as other commercial and residential projects.

    **Job Description:**

    **Position Overview:**

    We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Assistant Project Manager to help oversee hotel remodeling projects and residential projects from conception to completion. The Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in helping ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

    Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Procure necessary permits and approvals.

    Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

    Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

    Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed to specifications and quality standards.

    Address any issues, changes, or challenges that arise during the project.

    Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.

    Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

    Provide accurate project cost forecasting and reporting.

    Manage project documentation and record-keeping.

    Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

    **Qualifications:**

    Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager in hotel remodeling or construction.

    Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    PMP or CAPM certification (a plus).

    Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
