    Description

    Telecom Construction Manager

Despite the ever-evolving wireless landscape, the need for groundbreaking technology and enduring support services remains constant. These encompass site acquisition, design, construction, operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

    Position Summary:

    • Oversee the project's construction schedule, expenses, quality, and safety
    • Manage resources involved in the construction process, including staff and subcontractors
    • Implement and enforce the company's safety program, ensuring compliance with safety plans
    • Interact with the engineering teams of clients and the company for decision-making
    • Implement quality standards and ensure they meet customer specifications

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience
    • Experience in wireless construction
    • Valid driver's license
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Willingness to work flexible hours
    • Preferably possess an Engineering or Technical degree
    • Active OSHA-30 Certification or higher is a plus
    • Must be open to travel

    This position may involve remote work or be based in the local Boston market. The salary range is between $70,000 to $119,000, depending on experience.

    Essential Functions:
    Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting may be required. Hand manipulation for various tasks. Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds. Alertness to field equipment, exposure to various elements, and potential work at heights.
