Your tasks:

  • Coordination, management and execution of all necessary activities, including construction and planning meetings
  • Leadership and supervision of construction site personnel and subcontractors
  • Preparation of ongoing budgets, target/actual comparisons and construction success overviews
  • Invoicing, cost control and adherence to budget requirements
  • Ensuring execution quality and contracted performance
  • Compliance with occupational safety
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, authorities, partners and planners

Our expectations:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of foundation construction, earthworks, civil engineering or special foundation engineering
  • Knowledge of the VOB as a basis for work
  • Sound knowledge in bid processing, project management, project controlling and quality management desirable
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications and good knowledge of iTWO and MS Project
  • Flexibility, assertiveness, teamwork and a strong interest in pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
