    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our team

    This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. This position targets an individual with military background as you will be working for a veteran-owned business, but open to non-military individuals as well.

    This position involves cold calling and emailing

    Position: Junior Sales Representative

    Pay: 1099 position, set weekly rate plus commission

    Schedule: no set hours or day- position can be performed remotely with check-ins at Easton office

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in prospecting and generating leads
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
