- Source new sales opportunities through Outbound Calls, Emails, and Social Media
- Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas to ensure company revenue objectives
- Educate and inform Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other healthcare providers as to the proper use and maintenance of Zimmer MedizinSystems products
- Manage daily sales call activity and bookings according to defined expectations
- Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging
- Assists the Manager of Sales in the marketing, promotion and sales of Zimmer MedizinSystems products
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred, college athletics a plus
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (a formal sales training a plus)
- "Hunter" mentality with passion for selling to medical professionals
- Must have documentation of annual sales success
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales and email prospecting
- Experience with SalesForce, Outreach Automation, and Social Media Prospecting a benefit
