    Description

    Zimmer MedizinSystems is looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative to sell their state-of-the-art medical equipment to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Medical Spas and other providers.

    This is a unique opportunity for a recent college graduate with 1-4 years of formal work experience, prefer Inside B2B Sales, to be part of a cutting edge medical device company.

    Inside Sales Reps who work for ADP, WB Mason, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Duns & Bradstreet are ideal candidates.

    Responsibilites:

    • Source new sales opportunities through Outbound Calls, Emails, and Social Media
    • Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas to ensure company revenue objectives
    • Educate and inform Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other healthcare providers as to the proper use and maintenance of Zimmer MedizinSystems products
    • Manage daily sales call activity and bookings according to defined expectations
    • Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging
    • Assists the Manager of Sales in the marketing, promotion and sales of Zimmer MedizinSystems products

    Qualifications:

    • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred, college athletics a plus
    • 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (a formal sales training a plus)
    • "Hunter" mentality with passion for selling to medical professionals
    • Must have documentation of annual sales success
    • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Experience in high-volume outbound sales and email prospecting
    • Experience with SalesForce, Outreach Automation, and Social Media Prospecting a benefit
