- 3-7 years of experience with wage & hour, PAGA, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, contract disputes, and/or other related business litigation
- Experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
- Experience drafting and arguing motions including dispositive and discovery motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, handle high-volume work load, and effectively prioritize matters
- JD from an ABA accredited school and in good standing with the California Bar
- Trial experience is preferred, but not a requirement
