    Description

    Our client, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level employment litigation associate to join their busy practice in San Diego.

    The salary range for this role is estimated at $195,000 - $300,000. This firm is also known for providing great training and mentorship.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Active CA Bar membership in good standing.
    • A strong academic background (top law school or a strong GPA from a nationally recognized law school).
    • Between 1 and 8 years of defense-side employment law experience at a reputable law firm of any size.
