At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an Order Planner for Signal, Electrical and Telecommunications Technology (m/f/d) for DB InfraGo AG at our location in Hamburg.


Your tasks:
You are responsible for the orders for maintenance in the field of signal, electrical and telecommunications technology: from creation, cost calculation, monitoring, maintenance and feedback to completion
You procure all necessary resources for the planned construction date from our subcontractors and suppliers
Obtaining official permits is your responsibility
You maintain regular communication with our service providers for ongoing and upcoming work
You are responsible for maintaining the planning tool
Quality assurance (including order deadline compliance, order execution, order feedback, plant data quality including updating) is part of your tasks
You create analyses, identify deviations and take corrective action


Your profile:
You have successfully completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, and ideally have further training as an IHK or trade master in the field of electrical engineering/signal technology or can demonstrate a comparable qualification
You have a technical affinity and can quickly grasp connections
Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in maintenance
You are proficient in SAP R/3 and Microsoft Excel
Your confident demeanor and good communication skills enable you to establish commitments both internally and externally
You are characterized by independent, structured, quality-oriented and reliable work
