Responsibilities:

  • You will support our Head of Housekeeping in providing housekeeping services for our elderly care and nursing facilities
  • You will coordinate all tasks related to housekeeping, including management, organizational structure and processes, and finances
  • You will provide advice and support for all housekeeping matters for our residents, their families, visitors, and guests
  • You will monitor work processes, set priorities, and ensure budget compliance
  • You will conduct independent needs assessments and make necessary arrangements, as well as optimize quality and process flows
  • You will plan, manage, and monitor kitchen and housekeeping processes in a structured manner, while adhering to all legal requirements (e.g. HACCP)
  • You will ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding occupational safety, health protection, hygiene, fire protection, TÜV, and insurance
  • You will also be responsible for recruiting and managing employees
  • You will ensure effective and cooperative collaboration with facility and ward managers
  • You will be responsible for your team and create and update work schedules
