Description
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (30 hours/week) (Senior) HR Partner (M/F/d) International to join our team at our Hamburg headquarters in Linganore, MD.
In this role, you will be a key member of our People & Culture (P&C) team and will play a crucial role in supporting our international organizationYour responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for P&C related matters for our Sales Directors at headquarters, Managing Directors, and P&C teams internationally
- Maintaining regular communication with our international teams to promote effective and collaborative working environments, as well as facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration to leverage best practices and achieve synergies
- Partnering with crossfunctional teams to incorporate P&C considerations into international initiatives, providing specialized knowledge in international HR regulations and cultural sensitivity to enhance project success
- Providing insights and guidance on organizational structure, change management, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies, in line with our overall P&C strategy
- Leading international career management, including identifying talents and skill development needs, and providing robust support to ensure talent mobility and succession planning worldwide
- Supporting tender processes by incorporating P&C strategies into proposals, and playing a key role in establishing a professional P&C function when setting up new locations
