PCS needs a unique leader who can guide the financial systems that empower us.

We are searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team of high-performing professionals and keep our finances positioned for continued success.

The CFO will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position.

This seasoned strategist will not only understand current accounting practices and trends, but also will have experience raising capital and adapting to change, whether it's through growth or downsizing.

As a member of senior management, the CFO will be comfortable in a leadership role that requires clear and effective communication skills.

We are looking for a CFO who has capital allocation excellence at the heart of their resume.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
Manage, staff, and conduct performance reviews for Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations departments.
Be a trusted business advisor to the other C-Level Executives

Present corporate financial summary to the Board of Directors and a summary to the employee population at the quarterly town hall meetings.

Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO and Board of Directors
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
Manage relationships with banks.
Oversee purchasing, procurement, accounting, business operations, and other finance staff
Qualifications
Strong finance-based analytical skills
10+ years of experience working in a corporate finance or accounting department in a leadership role.
5 years of finance experience as a CFO
M&A/Investor relations experience
Global work experience desirable.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
CPA preferred.
MBA preferred.
Experience working with a private equity firm of 100+ employees desired
Experience working at a SaaS company or IT related company
Experience with the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
Experience working with NetSuite.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Experience with commission software applications and a strong background in sales commission plans.
Strong knowledge of employee compensation plans.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance
10+ years of experience in corporate finance required.
Salesforce and NetSuite experience required.

Local to the Houston, Texas, metro area (or willing to relocate to Houston) as this job is on-site 5-days a week.
