    Who We Are Looking For:
    SCDC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our subsidiary,

    S.H.A.R.E. Manufacturing Innovations . SMI will manufacture Insulated Pre-Cast Concrete panels, and other pre-cast concrete products from state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

    We are looking for a financial management executive who can evidence strong C-level leadership while working in a fast-paced "start-up" environment.

    Chief Financial Officer


    will be responsible for developing, directing, administrating, overseeing, planning, and reporting all accounting functions and overall management of the financial team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


    CFO RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Strategic Leadership :

    Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, you will help to shape the company's overall strategy and future direction.


    Financial Reporting :
    You will oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.

    Risk Management :
    You will identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (such as GAAP) and policies.

    Investment and Capital Structure :

    You will evaluate and advise the CEO on cash management strategies, borrowing and managing the capital structure of the Company.


    Performance Analysis :

    Your familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning technology will lead the development of systems that will provide insight and analysis on plant performance, inventory controls, and operational efficiency.


    Team Leadership :
    You will lead a team of finance, accounting and business process executives and staff.

    You will ensure that the finance, accounting, and business process teams have the skills and tools to support the business's financial operations.


    Technology and Process Improvement :

    You will lead the evaluation and recommendation of financial systems, processes, and technology to improve efficiency and support the company's growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    MBA, Master of Finance, or CPA required.

    A minimum of 20 years of clearly defined experience in corporate finance and accounting.

    Experience as a CFO, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Developing & Monitoring Budgets and Risk Management.

    Demonstrated experience in Financial Leadership, including the ability to lead and mentor financial teams.

    Familiarity with local, State, and Federal Financial Regulations, including Tax Laws, Tax Mitigation Strategies and Regulatory Compliance.

    Demonstrated ability to organize information, think critically, and problem solve in a start-up environment.


    Additional Details:
    This position is located in Downtown Houston, Texas

    The starting salary is $312,000.

    This is an on-site role.

    We do not offer remote or hybrid working opportunities .

    The ideal candidate must be available to start with two weeks of acceptance date.

    Limited relocation assistance may be provided under some circumstances.
