    Experienced with CAD/CAM Programming with MasterCAM
    Knowledge with Lathes, Mills
    Train new operators
    CMM knowledge
    G&M Code expertise
    Determines machining instructions

    Develop prototypes and test new programs/methods working in a hands-on environment with shop floor personnel to gain feedback on potential improvements.

    Determines the sequence of shaping operations
    Chooses the cutting tools needed
    Analyzes the job orders, drawings & blueprints
    Writes programs or modifies existing programs & set-up own jobs
    Translates instructions into CAM program
    Checks the program and runs a simulation to ensure that machines and programs operate correctly and that the products meet specifications
    Work in fast paced environment with fast changing priorities
    Keep work area clean and organized
    Provide a great level of attention to detail & focus on the given task
    Follow all company rules & polices, follow all safety rules & quality standards
    Work with team members to maximize productivity & efficiency
    Experience with Solidworks
    3D Modeling experience. Inventor experience would be a plus.
    Uphold all ISO & OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above
    Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance
    Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills
    Candidate has to be a strong team player
    Candidate has to be reliable
    Knowledge of lifting techniques
    Ability to read blue prints
    ERP experience
    Perform under AS9100 standards
    3-7 years as a CNC Programmer is required
    3-10 years of Machine Shop experience required- CNC Mill, Lathe, and or Grind

    $80, $100,000.00 per year
