Your Responsibilities - What You Can Look Forward To:

  • Professional leadership and overall responsibility for the human resources department at the location
  • Continuous development of the human resources department together with your team
  • You will act as a competent and reliable contact person for managers, the clinic management, and the works council
  • Proactive conception, optimization, and implementation of human resources strategies and service processes
  • Creation of individual and regular reports and analyses as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Continuous development and interest in independently carrying out crossclinic projects

Your Profile - What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management
  • Relevant professional and leadership experience in a human resources department
  • Excellent knowledge of labor and industrial relations law
  • Experience in process organization with a high degree of standardization
  • Serviceoriented, structured, and precise way of working
  • An open, solutionoriented, and cooperative
