Not interested in sales? Then this job offer is perfect for you. We are looking for customer service representatives (m/f/d) for direct placement with the company.
This is the perfect opportunity for people who enjoy talking on the phone, but don't want to sell anything. This is strictly inbound calls for customer support. Customers will be calling in and you will be there to assist them.
You will work a 5-day week between Monday and Sunday, in a 2-shift system (6/7:00 - 22/23:00).
The training will take place in Dresden and will last approximately 4 weeks. After that, you can work from home.
Please note that you should not live more than 100km away from Dresden, as this is a requirement.
