- Maintain/break-fix as well as execute networking projects including network architecture and design
- Develop detailed functional specifications, design documents, and test plans
- Monitor network performance and integrity
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, service, and field staff as well as external clients to define deliverables, performance, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve support issues with cloud and local infrastructure
- Serve as a consulting resource to technical and business partners for client-hosted installations and implementations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and billable/utilization hours
- Network technology including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless configuration
- Routers used for internal routing, ISP connectivity, and MPLS deployment

Working hours
This position works Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain time unless specified. On occasion you may be asked to work outside of business hours.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (afterhours and weekends)

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.
Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $90,000 - $100,000.00 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
