I am looking for a deputy store manager (m/f/d) in permanent employment for a very well-known fast fashion retailer in the fashion industry in Ravena, NY (no temporary work).

Responsibilities:

Managing the store in the absence of the store manager
Responsible for sales and inventory results
Ensuring smooth operational processes
Handling of business metrics
Leading and motivating the team
Conducting employee trainings
Creating staff schedules
Recruiting parttime employees
Administrative tasks and back office duties

Requirements:

Completed commercial training and/or business administration degree
Experience in a leadership position
Relevant work experience in the textile retail industry is mandatory
Committed and successoriented leader

Motivation and enthusiasm
