We are a medium-sized company operating in the demolition and earthworks sector and are currently looking for a/(n) ACCOUNTING EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / PAYROLL to join our team as soon as possible or at the earliest opportunity.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Invoicing
  • Active debt collection
  • Payment transactions, including booking of all incoming and outgoing payments
  • Preparation of complete accounting, including payroll, for our tax office
  • Updating insurance policies in cooperation with our insurance broker
  • General secretarial tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (preferably in the construction industry)
  • Good general PC skills
  • Understanding of payment and accounting processes
  • Independent and structured way of working
