    Description
    Network Operations Admin- NOC is needed for a contract opportunity with our client in the gaming and entertainment industry located in California/Austin TX

    Duration: 6 months initial Contract (potential extension)

    Location:
    Onsite -Full time hours ( San Diego or Austin branch location)

    Work Shift:
    Friday to Tuesday 3 pm to 12 midnight

    Hourly pay rate:
    max rate of $35.ServiceNow


    • Basic security experience - helping with password unlocks / helping users create tickets and directing them to SOPs/ Runbooks to resolve their issues
    • Working on Project in a Team format and also alone keeping yourself on track by finishing your assignments on time or early
    • Experience with Office360 Word Outlook Excel MS suite etc...
    Streaming knowledge for games using MS Teams or other applications


    • Basic Knowledge in Splunk/ Datadog
    • Basic Knowledge in API concepts and applications
    • AWS knowledge / Kubernetes / or any other cloud technology
    • Good understanding of software development processes.
    • Client-side database programming experience with SQL, Perl would be a plus.
