    Famous Supply Customer Service Representatives work with builders to coordinate delivery of material to Famous customers.

    **Primary Job Responsibilities**

    Process, schedule, manage, and release customer orders for delivery

    Reviews customer requests for warranty material and facilitate resolution

    Manage relationships with contractors, builders and Famous associates

    Manage phone/email requests from customer field personnel

    **Preferred Experience and Skills**

    Knowledge of plumbing products
