- Analyze customers' credit and provide accurate paperwork in every deal accurately and efficiently.
- Develop an understanding of the current finance and lending landscape and maintain knowledge of all changes that may affect customer's financing options.
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding finance products
- Negotiate with lenders to obtain fair terms and interest rates
- Develop strategies to increase number of fullyfunded subprime deals
- Train salesperson on methods and techniques to easily and accurately approve financing deals
- Meet specific goals assigned by the Finance Manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after financing
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years Finance/Credit/Lending Experience
- Knowledge of finance and automotive industry
- Outstanding customer service and salesmanship skills
- Ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Thorough comprehension and technical skill in various finance programs

Job Summary
The Finance Sales Manager/Subprime Manager at Whaling City Auto Group is an individual contributor role responsible for increasing overall sales by providing expertise and support in the sales of financing and subprime loan services to customers.
This position will handle all aspects of the financing process, from analyzing customers' credit to providing support to ensure excellence in service and reputability.
