    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide tax advisory and compliance services to real estate clients, including developers, investors, and property managers.
    Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize client tax positions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    Conduct research on complex tax issues related to real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and lease agreements.
    Review and prepare tax returns for various real estate entities, including partnerships, corporations, and individuals.

    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients and stay abreast of changes in tax laws affecting the real estate industry.

    Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
    Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on technical matters and professional development.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master's degree or advanced degree preferred.
    Accountant CPA or JD required.

    Minimum of (5) five years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services, with a focus on real estate taxation.

    Demonstrated supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and develop staff members.
    Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and tax software applications.
    Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
