    Posting Salary Range: $34,608 - $40,170

    Office Location: Greenville 1st; Remote in NC

    What We're Looking For:

    This position provides non-clinical administrative support to network providers, staff, community stakeholders, state and local entities, and/or other managed care organizations. Primary job duties and responsibilities are to support network providers with accuracy and promptness and provide effective and efficient customer service. This support can vary in forms such as, but not limited to, telephonic support and/or electronic mail (email) through the Provider Support Service Line. Provider Support Service Specialist answers inbound calls and assists callers by connecting them to the appropriate party, sharing information, providing technical assistance, and answering questions in a professional manner.

    On a typical day, you might:

    • Answer phone calls within the designated call response time. Answer and resolve caller's questions, comments, inquires and complaints.
    • Complete all documentation without delay to include, call notes, transfer notes, and complaint documentation in appropriate module within Trillium Business System (TBS) and in compliance with contractual, accreditation requirements and/or the Tailored Plan.
    • Perform general clerical work such as, but not limited to, scheduling meetings and/or events, conduct research and report findings, and document meeting minutes.
    • Prepare, process, and review oral and written material. Some information may be confidential and handled with professionally
    • Collect, monitor, and organize data needed for various databases, reports or reviews.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High School Diploma or GED

    Required Experience:

    Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience or equivalent combination of higher education or higher education/experience.

    Preferred Experience: (if applicable)

    Prefer two years' clerical/direct customer service with six months' call center experience. Prefer 12 months of experience in mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities field.

    License/Certification: None

    Must have a valid driver's license

    Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
