Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory and Ordering Specialist. The Specialist will be based in Greenville, NC. and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Managing and analysis of all inventory records
• Ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained according to supply and demand
• Putting together monthly orders for suppliers based on the combination of big-box purchase orders and direct customer burn rates
• Handling ongoing supplier accountability for incoming inventory from suppliers to ScaffoldMart warehouse.

Qualifications

• Inventory Control, Inventory Analysis, and Inventory Management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working in a inventory management role
• Proficient in using inventory management software
• Proficient in using Excel, including being fully competent to build out reports and analysis tools from scratch
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelors Degree required
