- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee all financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Manage the finance team and provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, with a strong proficient in Excel and other BI tools.
- Must be fully based in-office in Kansas City.

Job DescriptionOur team at LHH (formerly Parker + Lynch) has partnered with a leading manufacturing company based in Kansas City in their search for a skilled Director of Finance to lead their financial operations and contribute to their ongoing success.
Position Overview: As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the manufacturing operations nationwide. You will play a key role in driving financial strategy, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a senior finance role.
